Music

In addition to the school's Music Curriculum there is an opportunity for a small number of children to have tuition under the Authority's Music Scheme. Parents of these children usually support this scheme with a small financial contribution.

All children from the age of eight are provided with recorder tuition. For health reasons parents are asked to provide children with their own instruments.

A number of children from the school are members of the Area and County School Orchestras.
