16 January 08 - Some of the Year 4's have just got back from their trip to Kingswood.

26 September - We enjoyed our trip to Chester to visit Dewa Roman Experience!

September 07 - This term our Science topic is 'Ourselves'. We will be learning about teeth and healthy eating, and also about the skeleton and the importance of exercise. In History our topic is the 'Romans'. We will be learning about the Roman Invasion and seeing what changes the Romans made in Britain. We will be organising a visit to Dewa Roman Experience in Chester. In Geography we will be looking at the growth and development of Parc y Llyn.

Useful Information

• Swimming is on Mondays, during the first half of the Autumn and Spring terms. When not swimming there will be PE.
• PE is on Fridays.
• Each night children are expected to practise times tables and read their reading books.
• Spelling test are on Fridays. Every month there will be a random test of words selected from all the lists from the previous weeks' tests.
• Homework is usually set on Friday to be completed by Monday.
