Dear Parents,
Apologies about today! At 10 o'clock this morning the field was already wet and too dangerous to start races. As the local forecast said rain was due from 1pm I decided that we needed to postpone on safety grounds. Needless to say that proved wrong, so my apologies to all parents who had made arrangements to be here today. Having postponed and informed parents I felt it was not fair to start when the weather improved as those parents would have missed out.
The plan is to hold sports tomorrow (Thursday) again starting at 10.30am or as soon as the track is dry. We will start as soon as conditions allow even it means an afternoon start. In the event of very poor conditions we will move to Friday with the same arrangements.
