Dear Parents,

Christmas is coming! Therefore I thought it was best to let you know the arrangements between now and the end of term.

Christmas concert tickets are now available and we ask you to order your tickets using the slip below. Due to problems we have with overcrowding we are having to restrict numbers again this year. We will be selling a maximum of three tickets per family per performance. We encourage families with young children to attend the Infants' afternoon performance. Please note that there will only be one performance of the Juniors' concert this year and it will be held at Penglais School Hall. Any tickets still available after Monday 3rd December will be sold on a first come first served basis. We are unable to admit people without tickets or sell tickets on the night on safety grounds. We hope that you will recognise that this is not how we like to make arrangements, but accept the need to maintain safely with so many children and adults attending. We intend making Out of School club arrangements during the Junior concert at Penglais.

The annual visit to the Cinema will be on Wednesday 19th December and parents are asked to contribute £2 per child (maximum £5 per family). The film this year will be "Santa Clause 3". The Cinema visit will be followed by Christmas dinner on our return to school. Could those children who usually have packed lunch but who would like Christmas Dinner please bring £1.65 to school by Monday 3rd December so that dinner can be ordered for them.
