European Partners

Our school has long established links with schools in other countries. We share work and teachers visit schools to share the work prepared by the children. We are currently working with three European Partners. Scoil Ui Riada in Killcock, Co Kildre, Ireland. De Bowte School in Midwolda Holland, and Taulov School in Denmark.

Currently we are working on Recycling and Fair Trade` Projects.

During May 2006 34 from Scoil Ui Riada visited our school to spend a week in Wales. The visit included a Visit to the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff Bay and a day in Oakwood Park! In May 2007 we visited Scoil Ui Riada for the third time. Check the photos from the Project page.

This is the badge that our schools made for our partnership. It has the flags from Denmark, Holland and Wales. It also has the wheat sheaves and acorns from the school badges.
