Clwb Comins

Clwb Comins is an after-school club which runs every afternoon from 3.30pm until 5.30. It is a non-profit making organization set up to support the parents at the school with after-school childcare. It is run by the staff who are employed at the school and is available for any pupil that attends our school.

The staff will arrange different activities for the children for each night of the week. The cost to send your child to the club is £8 per session which will include a snack. To ensure that we have enough staff, you will need to book a week in advance. An electronic booking form is sent weekly which will close at 12 noon on the Monday of the week being booked. A new link will be sent each week. Payment will need to be made before your child attends club.

Repeat Bookings

If you would like to book your child into Clwb Comins on the same days each week, you are now able to make a repeat booking via the form. This means your child will be booked in automatically until you tell us otherwise, and you won’t have to complete the form every week.

What do I do if I've submitted the form but my plans have changed?

Until the link closes, you can update your booking by completing the form again. We will always use the most recent record.

Do I have to make repeat bookings?

No! You can still book your child in on an ad-hoc basis each week via the link sent on Monday.

How will I be charged?

If we have a repeat booking on file for you, your child will automatically be marked as attending on ParentPay each week. Please ensure you have paid for club before your child attends.

Can I cancel my repeat booking?

If you need to cancel your repeat booking, you must let us know by completing the weekly form before it closes on Monday of the week the change takes place.

If you have not completed the form and your child does not attend on the days booked, you will still be charged.

Can I update my repeat booking?

If you need to change the days your child is booked in, you must let us know by completing the weekly form before it closes on Monday of the week the change takes place. We will assume that any changes are permanent unless you tell us otherwise.

What if my plans change often?

We know that plans can change, and weekly schedules may not be consistent. Please feel free to use the notes field on the form to let us any important information e.g. ‘extra day Friday for this week only, ‘please could I book every other Wednesday.’
