19/11/20 International Day / Diwrnod Rhyngwladol

We had lots of fun celebrating International Day today.  Our egg hatched and we now have a baby dragon in class called Delyth! We made dragon puppets, showed off our clothes in a fashion show, practised our clog dancing and speaking Welsh!  Da iawn pawb!

Here are some more photos of our learning activities based around our theme of Wales/Cymru:

11/11/09

This week we have started work around our theme of Wales - Cymru.  So far, we have listened to a presentation, listened a story about the red dragon and learnt a traditional dance - 'clocsio' / clog dancing.  We learnt that Wales has some famous bridges. We then built our  own bridges.  We tested them to see which one was the strongest.

We have had a busy couple of weeks!
