2023 - 2024

Thank you to James Williams and David Edwards for bringing the rally car into school and answering all of our questions. We really enjoyed this opportunity and learnt a lot.

We attended a workshop about Spreadsheets which helped us to further develop our skills when using Excel. We were then able to use these skills to analyse the results of our data about our favourite Indian snacks.

Christmas dinner

Dosbarth Ystwyth and Dosbarth Ceulan worked together to design new chocolates. They then designed and created packaging for their chocolate treats.

Christmas jumper day

We followed instructions to make Christmas boxes out of old Christmas cards. We then used the boxes to decorate our Christmas tree.

We made advent calendars for each class in the school which would encourage everyone to do an act of kindness every day.

We planned and carried out an investigation into the absorbency of different materials.

We made war silhouettes as part of our work on Remembrance Day.

We have been learning how to use Micro:bits to display animations.

Diwrnod Shwmae Su'mae

CogUrdd

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the CogUrdd competition. The standard of the entries was extremely high and the judges were very impressed by all of your salads. Llongyfarchiadau i chi gyd.

Ffair Iaith

We enjoyed our time at the Ffair Iaith in Plascrug Leisure Centre, taking part in lots of different activities and having the opportunity to practise our Welsh language skills.
